Having found her passion for art and design at an early age, she started in design with a Diploma in Commercial Design in 2006. After gaining experience in branding as a designer, she earned her higher diploma in Fine Art at the Hong Kong Art School in 2011 and Bachelor of Arts in Sculpture in 2015. Both the Higher Diploma and Bachelor’s degree were earned on a part-time basis.

As a professional designer with 13 years of project experience, she has worked extensively in both in-house, design agency, startup and vendor settings. Starting off from branding, she moved on to design promotion materials, catalogues and UI design at a graphic design agency.

Most recently, Josie has been the designer driving most of Zotac's multimedia marketing, promotional materials and packaging. Zotac is a multi-national based out of Hong Kong and a popular computer hardware brand.
